• Intentionally exploiting system bugs or errors
• Unauthorized access to another user's account

399net reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances. Users will be notified by email or SMS if their account is suspended.

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a terms violation
• If KYC verification is not completed
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
• Upon receipt of a court order or government directive
• At the user's own request for self-exclusion

If you believe your account has been suspended in error, please contact our support team. We will do our best to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

399net strives to maintain uninterrupted service at all times. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, internet outages, or other unavoidable circumstances. 399net accepts no liability for losses arising from such situations.

Betting is inherently risky. 399net makes no guarantee that you will win. Participating in betting is entirely your own decision and any losses are your sole responsibility. Only bet what you can afford to lose.
